IO Product Science Intern

Job Description:

• Support research, design, and testing of new assessments.
• Apply IO psychology and data skills to AI product features.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with scoring, prototypes, and AI-enabled features.
• Review emerging assessment research and translate findings.
• Work with IO Psychology, Product, and Data Science teams.

Qualifications:

• PhD student in IO Psychology or related field.
• Knowledge of psychometrics, statistics, and research methods.
• Interest in large language models and machine learning.
