Job Description
Forbes Advisor is looking for a candidate who exhibits deep expertise in SEM and has a clear understanding of current SEM best practices, along with a proven track record of driving growth in profit and revenue. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical problem solving skills and the ability to work closely with the Business Development team to identify new revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong comfort level with the affiliate marketing business model and experience managing accounts with several million dollars in monthly marketing spend. Experience in the SMB space will be seen as a plus.
Responsibilities include ensuring monthly profit targets are achieved, developing junior team members, building strong relationships with the vertical General Manager, providing regular updates to the Leadership Team, setting and tracking quarterly goals using the OKR framework, launching new categories, collaborating with other teams, and driving team innovation through consistent testing.
