Finance Operations Manager Africa Finance

Superside is searching for a Finance Operations Manager to lead and scale our Finance Operations team. In this role, you'll manage two specialists and take full ownership of our global finance operations—supporting everything from vendor payments and subscription billing to compensation for 700+ remote team members in 57 countries. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves optimizing processes, and enjoys working across teams to drive financial clarity and operational excellence. What you’ll do: Own and scale the Finance Operations function, managing a team of two specialists. Oversee vendor payments and credit card platforms, ensuring timely, accurate payouts. Lead and improve our end-to-end order-to-cash process, supporting our subscription revenue model and optimizing working capital. Manage global compensation processes, including variable pay across 700+ team members in 57+ countries. Optimize cash management across Superside’s US parent company and international subsidiaries. Implement and maintain finance systems and tools that improve efficiency and scalability. Contribute to the Finance tech & automation roadmap. Ensure smooth audit and reporting processes through accurate and timely operations. Partner with cross-functional teams on financial planning, analysis, and special projects.
