Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to research, design, develop, and launch new software products.
- Create clear documentation for product features, including use cases and functional specifications.
- Prioritize product development in alignment with business goals and client needs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software product management experience; 2-3+ years of team management experience.
- Experience leading offshore development teams and building products with Generative AI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
