Senior Events Producer

Lead end-to-end event production, including concepting, budgeting, vendor sourcing, contracting, risk management, and onsite execution. Translate client objectives into innovative, influencer-forward experiential concepts designed for social amplification. Manage mid- to large-scale event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure financial accuracy throughout all stages.

Oversee schedules, run-of-show documents, staff coordination, and pre/post-event workflows. Collaborate with creative, influencer talent, account management, and strategy teams to align event concepts with broader brand goals. Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, recommendations, and solutions throughout the production cycle.
