Director of Product Design for XAM & AI

You’ll set the long-term design strategy for how organizations secure identities, manage access, and unlock new value through our Extended Access Management product suite and AI-enabled experiences. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of security, platform technologies, and AI innovation. You’ll scale and empower a talented design team, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and represent 1Password externally as a leader in the future of secure, AI-driven platforms. Lead the design teams responsible for XAM and AI product experiences, driving end-to-end design vision and execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Research, and Data to shape roadmaps that balance customer usability and business impact. Mentor and empower design leaders, setting a high bar for quality, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
