Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Understanding of common methods used for composite part manufacture
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Bonus:

- Hands-on involvement in manufacturing and repairs of rotor or propeller blades
