Job Description
Lead and strategically develop CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions. Responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of DevOps initiatives. Provide advice on the introduction of new technologies and tools. Develop and implement standards and best practices. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers. The candidate should have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration or software development. Expert knowledge in CI/CD tools, container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) and configuration management (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) is required. The candidate should have in-depth experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, as well as strategic thinking, leadership skills and a coaching mentality. Fluency in German (min. B2/C1) is required. Ideally, the candidate should be willing to undergo a security check (SÜG Ü2).
