You will join a team of CRM solution development experts within our Digital Transformation Division, tasked with supporting our clients. You will be seconded to a major player in the insurance sector in a Salesforce CRM development team. Your tasks include managing RUN activities, realizing developments and settings in Salesforce, and collaborating with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Lead and strategically develop CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions. Responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of DevOps initiatives. Provide advice on the introduction of new technologies and tools. Develop and implement standards and best practices. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers.

Develop and deploy AI/ML models and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Integrate LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Mistral) via APIs to enhance automation and decision-making. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for querying documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Build multi-agent coordination patterns (e.g., planner-executor, supervisor-worker). Automate workflows by integrating with Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and MS Teams.
