Job Description
Develop and deploy AI/ML models and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Integrate LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Mistral) via APIs to enhance automation and decision-making. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for querying documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Build multi-agent coordination patterns (e.g., planner-executor, supervisor-worker). Automate workflows by integrating with Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and MS Teams. Analyze logs, time series, and event data to identify bottlenecks and optimize delivery pipelines. Ensure observability and auditability of AI agents through cloud logging and tracing. Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in software delivery and SDLC and 5+ years in AI/ML and agentic architectures. Strong experience with API integration, vector databases, prompt engineering, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
