Job Description
You will join a team of CRM solution development experts within our Digital Transformation Division, tasked with supporting our clients. You will be seconded to a major player in the insurance sector in a Salesforce CRM development team.
Your tasks will be the following:
Management of RUN activity of the Salesforce platform: Take ownership of the functional scope, respond to N3 requests, provide a technical response with analysis and correction. Realize developments and settings in Salesforce (APEX, LWC, API/WS, Front & Back). Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Be a force of proposal in functional and technical workshops. Support project partners in the integration and deployment phases in production. Provide your expertise to the teams in charge of production monitoring activities Participate in the analysis and processing of production incidents Improve the CRM by participating in CRM platform reliability campaigns. Participate in the technical and functional skills development of the team.
