Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

The Licensed Clinician is a core member of the Collaborative Care team involving the patient's primary care provider, psychiatric consultant, peer recovery support specialist and other behavioral health providers. Beyond clinical care, responsibilities will include team management and supporting colleagues. The Licensed Clinician provides evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) to promote patient recovery goals, symptom reduction and optimal patient outcomes. They use a world-class technology platform to engage patients in treatment and provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques. The Licensed Clinician will also work with eligible patients and their healthcare team to optimize care management
