Job Description
Lead the evolution of innovative digital products from idea to launch. In EX Squared LATAM, we are looking for a passionate Product Owner who wants to lead the creation of impactful SaaS solutions in agile and dynamic environments. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with multifunctional teams, translate business needs into clear user stories, and manage the entire product lifecycle with a strategic, user-centered approach.
You will be responsible for the product roadmap and leading its execution from beginning to end. Collaborate with design, development, and customer service teams to deliver functional and valuable SaaS solutions. Conduct user research to discover and define new functionalities. Write user stories, epics, and clear and actionable acceptance criteria. Work under agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints) ensuring timely and quality deliveries. Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of the implemented functionalities. Prioritize improvements based on continuous feedback from users and stakeholders.
