Director of Infrastructure US Security & IT

Infrastructure Leadership:

• Lead the architecture, reliability, scalability, and performance of SaaS infrastructure hosted in AWS and Azure.
• Oversee the management and operation of all EKS clusters, ensuring optimized configuration, resiliency, and secure workload isolation.
• Drive cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization across Cloud environments.

Security and Compliance:

• Deliver infrastructure components with security-by-design principles and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership for CI/CD pipeline management and vulnerability scanning.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems support auditability, traceability, and documentation requirements.

IT Operations and Team Management:

• Manage internal IT operations, endpoint security, identity lifecycle management, and access controls.
• Build clear roles, processes, and performance metrics for the infrastructure teams.
• Manage vendor relationships.
