Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)

This is a highly cross-functional and client-facing role that will lead the strategy and execution of cost-savings models and RWE studies. You will collaborate closely with external actuaries, internal data teams, and commercial leaders. The responsibilities include economic modeling & value analytics to develop and refine ROI and cost-savings models, oversee payer-grade outcomes studies leveraging claims data and other real-world data sources, and translate clinical outcomes into economic endpoints. You will also serve as a subject matter expert during sales conversations and contracting discussions.
