This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for driving execution, operational excellence, and product innovation—without direct people management responsibilities. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and product delivery, improving how our organization builds, scales, and delivers ML-powered features that drive measurable impact for our customers and users.

The Director of Product, Commercial Strategy will drive the commercial success of Solera’s product portfolio, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution. This leader will build business cases, craft GTM narratives, define packaging and pricing, and develop sales enablement tools that help our teams win. The role requires a balance of hands-on execution, financial acumen, and strategic storytelling.
