As a Member Engagement Representative, you’ll play a critical role in supporting participants on their journey toward healthier lives. You'll provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding participants through our systems for a seamless experience. You will manage communications, resolve complex questions, and verify insurance eligibility and benefits.

Solera Health is seeking a Product Operations Analyst who will work collaboratively across a cross-functional team and be responsible for supporting integral processes of issue identification and resolution. The role will report to the Technical Product Manager (Incident Response) and will be challenged to work with peers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure a ticketing process is built and leveraged that improves transparency and promotes proactivity.

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Solera’s products, including user manuals, API documentation, system architecture descriptions, and developer guides. This role requires strong technical and creative writing skills to produce high-quality content that clearly explains complex information.

As the Manager of Network Partnerships, you’ll be a key player in driving our strategic 2025 goals through seamless partner management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll build and optimize relationships with point-solution vendors, help refine internal processes for greater efficiency and serve as a trusted connector between our internal teams and external partners. This is a high-visibility role.
