Accountabilities:
- Manage daily operations of investment support team, including coaching and performance management.
- Lead by example by taking client interactions and handling complex trading situations.
- Partner with compliance, risk, trading, and product teams to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in regulated financial environment.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management, trading, options, margin, and cryptocurrency.
- Required regulatory qualifications including investment representative and supervisor credentials.

- Competitive base salary range CA$101,600–CA$127,000 plus equity compensation.
