Senior Platform Engineer, DevEx

Role Impact:

• You will design and build the infrastructure primitives that define how our CI/CD platform, build systems, and developer environments scale across the entire engineering org.
• You will help build and operate the Kubernetes-based control plane behind our CI/CD platform, including GitHub Actions self-hosted runner infrastructure, GitHub Apps, and GitOps-driven deployment.
• You will develop core infrastructure components that product teams adopt directly, reducing bespoke per-team tooling.

Requirements:

• 6–9+ years in SRE / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering with proven experience scaling Kubernetes in high-throughput production environments.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise beyond operating clusters, including internals, custom resources, and failure diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms at scale, proficiency in Go, and AWS/cloud infrastructure production experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with Tailscale, SLO strategies, observability frameworks, or building internal developer platforms.
• Experience contributing to Kubernetes ecosystem projects or working in high-ambiguity environments.
