Job Description

As the Manager of Value Strategy Services, you will lead a team of high-performing Value Strategy Service Associates who deliver data-driven insights, business value assessments, and strategic recommendations to ServiceNow’s top customers. Your team sits at the heart of customer transformation, partnering with Strategy Consultants and Value Strategists to articulate how ServiceNow drives tangible business outcomes. You will guide the team in standardizing scalable consulting processes, ensuring excellence in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic content development. You’ll also serve as a critical leader across Inspire Value — driving innovation, operational efficiency, and thought leadership as we scale to meet growing customer demand.
