What you'll actually do:

  • Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery.
  • Build end-to-end solutions across the stack backend-heavy.
  • Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, and architecture decisions.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS.
  • Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
