What you'll actually do:
- Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery.
- Build end-to-end solutions across the stack backend-heavy.
- Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, and architecture decisions.
What we're looking for:
- Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS.
- Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
