Job Description
As a key supporting member to the executive leadership team, the Executive Assistant will provide critical support in managing the administrative needs across the team. The Executive Assistant will perform diverse duties that require a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter able to manage a backlog of requests in a timely manner.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and ensuring time-sensitive information is communicated effectively. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive team, providing resourceful solutions and ensuring smooth daily operations. Plan and arrange corporate meetings, luncheons, and events, negotiating with vendors as necessary. Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing materials. Draft communications as needed for internal and external stakeholders, including for quarterly company-wide updates and newsletters. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate staff and ensuring timely responses. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and manage expense reports. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
