The Opportunity:
- We are seeking an experienced, credentialed actuary with a passion for software to join as Senior Actuary & Data Science Engineer.
- This role sits within the Technology Organization, bridging actuarial science and production software.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable actuarial models like IBNR and risk adjustment into platform APIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform domain context for our AI suite.
- Embed rigorous actuarial best practices into automated tools and data pipelines.
What You Bring:
- ASA required, FSA preferred, with 6+ years of healthcare actuarial experience.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, and SQL, with an engineering mindset.
- Deep interest in modern technology like generative AI and cloud data infrastructure.
