The Role:
- As Chief Actuary, you will lead the enterprise actuarial function.
- You will modernize the function through AI, automation, and scalable analytics.

What You'll Do:
- Lead pricing, forecasting, reserving, and bid strategy for Medicare Advantage.
- Build AI-enabled workflows that improve decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Medical Economics to identify cost trends and improve member outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
- In the first 90 days, build trusted relationships and assess the current organization.
- By 6 months, implement AI workflows and strengthen forecasting processes.
- Long term, build one of the industry's most modern actuarial organizations.
