Your impact:
- Own the accounting operations function and provide leadership on all accounting initiatives.
- Manage monthly and annual close process, third-party vendor relationships, and company audits.
- Work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and drive scalable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvements and contribute to accounting transformation with AI.
- Oversee payroll, billing, client invoicing, collections, and sales commission processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, sales tax, and internal controls.
Your experience:
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with minimum 2 years in public accounting preferred.
- Experience managing a small team and using NetSuite and Excel.
- CPA required and bachelor's degree in accounting.
Total Rewards:
- Base compensation range: $145,000-$160,000 per year.
