Key Responsibilities:
- Own the rate indication process for home and auto, including quarterly updates and communication.
- Execute the annual rate plan across every state and line, working closely with Product.
- Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals, managing performance and career growth.
Qualifications:
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) at minimum, with 6+ years of progressive experience.
- Deep technical expertise in P&C actuarial pricing methodology, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in R for ad hoc analysis and a track record of improving actuarial processes.
