Job Description

This is a foundational hire where you’ll work directly with partners and directors to build the frameworks, reporting, and playbooks that define our client success function. Your responsibilities include owning client relationships, driving renewals and expansions, owning project management, partnering with client teams, translating delivery to business outcomes, triaging escalations, communicating clearly, leveraging automation and AI, and improving processes. The role requires work hours to overlap at least 3 hours with US Eastern timezone.
