- Support the day-to-day execution of High Profile Cannabis Shops loyalty programs.
- Ensure rewards, promotions, and integrations run accurately across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loyalty promotions, digital coupons, and targeted offers to support marketing goals.
- Troubleshoot customer and technical issues by coordinating with service and vendor teams.
- Track performance and deliver actionable insights to drive engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience with loyalty programs, ideally in retail or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Alpine IQ, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
