Product Designer

Aerros is maintenance planning software for the aviation industry, focused on making it easy to build, analyze, and improve maintenance plans. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to build and refine mockups and prototypes to determine the best solutions for customers. You will work with the business and engineering teams to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of upcoming features and products. You will also contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction. As our first design-centric hire, you will have the eventual opportunity to be a leader as we expand our design organization.
