Job Description

The Marketing Analyst, CRM & Retention will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing CRM campaigns: Identify drivers of engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct deep dives into customer segments and opt-in journeys.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Translate findings into clear presentations.

The role also involves:

  • Customer Cohort Model: Own the customer cohort model, forecasting retention rates.
  • Data Accuracy: Work with product, data, and marketing operations.
  • Proactive Analysis: Identify trends and anomalies.
