About the Role:
- As the lead quality engineer, you will have broad technical authority over how we test, treating quality as a software engineering discipline.
- You will help carry our customer-facing platform across the finish line for a brand relaunch, then architect the testing practice from the ground up.
What You'll Own:
- Define the multi-year evolution of automated testing, choosing tools for each layer of the test pyramid.
- Design CI/CD integration on ArgoCD, establish test data strategy, and build coverage that travels with the architecture.
Your Impact:
- Your tests will protect the artist experience, covering usability, accessibility, and stability.
- You will mentor by example and raise the quality bar without becoming a bottleneck.
