QA Lead / SDET Lead

Role:

• Automation-first quality engineering for a platform combining voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI.
• Emphasis on automation — no manual QA here, with weekly code deploys and fast regressions.
• Startup environment with 1-week sprints, fail fast, and move forward.

Responsibilities:

• Own quality strategy across the 1-week cadence as surface area grows.
• Manage the cross-service contract suite and fast-turnaround regression suites for weekly deploys.
• Lead future QA hires and raise the QA engineers around you.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years QA/SDET experience, building test-automation foundations from scratch.
• Master issue-isolator and root-cause debugger with CI-native mindset.
• Comfortable in high-load testing environments and testing AI outputs.
