About the Role:
- We’re looking for an Agentic Quality Automation Lead to own quality across our AI automation platform.
- You'll develop frameworks for continuous quality as part of our automated software development lifecycle.
- You will define a holistic approach to quality that goes beyond functional correctness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own frameworks for continuous quality that operate as part of our automated, agentic software development pipeline.
- Design and run tests that validate system uptime, load handling, latency, and degradation under stress.
- Build and evolve automation frameworks to cover regression, integration, and performance testing, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in QA, with 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity driving systemic quality initiatives.
- Strong background in reliability, load testing, and performance profiling.
- Proven experience building and scaling automated test frameworks, including performance and stress tests, fully integrated with CI/CD.
