Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy and execution across web, API, and mobile platforms, defining scalable frameworks and automation strategies.
- Drive shift-left practices and maintain functional, regression, and performance testing coverage using Playwright, Postman, and JMeter.
- Build and mentor QA engineers, influencing quality practices across teams.
AI & Automation Excellence:
- Create re-usable agents and champion Playwright as the primary automation framework.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support release validation, including after-hours deployments.
- Lead targeted initiatives like Apple Pay automation and AI-assisted testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product managers, developers, and DevOps to embed QA into Agile workflows.
- Use Jira and TestRail for defect management and align stakeholders on quality signals.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs for product quality, defect density, and release reliability.
