Head of Quality Assurance Engineering

About the Role:

• Own the overarching quality strategy, test automation infrastructure, and release governance across the product stack.
• Bridge the gap between product requirements, architecture, and CI/CD infrastructure while scaling a lean QA team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of ~7 QA engineers across 3+ product lines for manual and automated testing.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven testing platforms and build automation using Unity3D and Playwright.
• Define a risk-based quality engineering vision aligned with continuous deployment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering.
• 3+ years leading distributed QA teams with automation mastery in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and AI fluency in generative testing tools.
