Lead Management Accountant

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Management Accountant to take ownership of internal accounting processes and reporting. You’ll play a critical role in improving our financial systems, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping us mature our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is process-minded, and can work independently while partnering cross-functionally. You’ll own and improve monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis, forecasting, and commentary. You will also lead development and documentation of accounting and financial operations processes, ensure compliance with GAAP standards across monthly reporting and reconciliations, and support monthly close activities and maintain clean, audit-ready reconciliations. Other responsibilities include managing and optimizing workflows within NetSuite, including banking integrations, and collaborating on financial modeling, budgeting, and long-term planning with the CFO.
