Compliance Operations Analyst

BTSE is seeking a Junior Compliance Operations Analyst to support the execution of day-to-day compliance processes and assist in mitigating financial crime risk across the platform. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and will work under the guidance of the Compliance Operations Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued development and operational effectiveness of BTSE’s compliance framework Responsibilities include conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on individual and corporate clients. The analyst will also maintain clear documentation, manage requests for information, monitor for suspicious activity, and perform periodic reviews of high-risk clients.
