Director, Business Applications - Commerce Platform

The Director of Business Applications – Commerce Platform will lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise commerce technologies, with a primary focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role will drive digital transformation across the eCommerce landscape, enabling seamless customer experiences, scalable architecture, and integrated operations across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Marketing Clouds. You will define and execute the roadmap for the Commerce platform, aligning with business goals, enterprise architecture, and transformation programs. You will own the delivery and enhancement of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including storefront architecture, product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and checkout flows. Integrate Commerce Cloud with Revenue Cloud, LMS, and ERP systems to support end-to-end order lifecycle and financial reconciliation. You will also build and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects, developers, and analysts focused on commerce technologies.
