Job Description
The Motivity RCM Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our ABA provider customers. This position serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts by managing day-to-day revenue cycle operations, driving improvements in claims and collections performance, and building strong partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and results. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and payer partners to resolve claim issues, streamline workflows, and provide proactive guidance that enhances cash flow and reduces administrative burden for our clients.
Primary responsibilities include overseeing billing process, ensuring accurate and timely claim submission, managing accounts receivable, resolving denials to ensure timely payments and delivering cash flow, AR aging, and denial analytics with actionable recommendations.
