Job Description
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are responsible for completing all scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation requests for all closing orders within client desired Service Level Agreement (SLA). In this position, you will work directly with signing agents, our clients, and their borrowers to coordinate the events as assigned.
Client service duties include coordinate scheduling assignments, handle incoming calls, follow client-specific scripting, meet production standards, monitor scheduling emails, complete requests for reschedules and cancellations, and address vendor payment questions. Communication and collaboration involve communicating with clients, team members, and leaders, maintaining open communication with closing teams, and tracking daily work. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, cross-training in various areas, and other assigned duties.
