Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families virtually or in-person.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.
- Complete timely electronic documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months).
- Full-time: $72,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week).

Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools.

With a purpose to improve access to high-quality mental health care, their services have expanded to include both Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP/PHP) and a Maternal Mental Health program.
