- Ensure recruitment data is captured in Greenhouse and translate recruiting and program data into actionable insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, university relations, or early-career program management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to use data to drive decisions
