Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Veritas Veterinary Partners' Emerging Talent and Campus Strategy
  • Partner with hospital leadership, Medical Directors, and HR teams to forecast workforce needs
  • Ensure recruitment data is captured in Greenhouse and translate recruiting and program data into actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, university relations, or early-career program management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to use data to drive decisions
