Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Play a key role in public company readiness.
- Help implement DFIN, Workiva or similar platform.
- Help in the preparation and filing of all SEC reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA is required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company disclosure requirements.
