Revenue Recovery Specialist

Role Overview:

• This role exists to recover revenue for customers by resolving denials, rejections, and aging AR using AI-native tooling.
• You will work as a human-in-the-loop, pairing deep RCM expertise with state-of-the-art technology to achieve high throughput and quality.
• Recovery is the job; you'll measure success by dollars recovered, denials overturned, and days-to-resolution.

What Success Looks Like:

• In 30 days: Fluent in Joyful Health's platform, actively working claims across assigned accounts, building relationships with RCSMs and CoE.
• In 90 days: Strong measurable recovery results, operating independently, consistently surfacing useful signal into product feedback loops.
• In 12 months: Track record of recovered revenue, recognized as a go-to expert across accounts, proving what AI-native revenue recovery can do.
