Associate Database Administrator

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine administration and health checks for SQL Server databases in on-premises and Azure environments.
• Monitor database availability, capacity, performance, jobs, and alerts, investigating common issues and escalating complex incidents.
• Support backup, restore, recovery validation, database refresh, and migration activities by following documented procedures.

What You'll Need:

• 1-3 years of relevant database administration or systems administration experience with foundational SQL Server knowledge.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL, PowerShell, database backups, restores, recovery models, and security permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, plus the ability to participate in on-call rotation.
