Engineering Manager

Smalls are looking for an Engineering Manager who is equally passionate about leading people and building great software. In this role, you’ll be both a mentor and a maker—helping your team grow, shaping the culture of engineering, and directly contributing to the architecture and code that power our systems. You will lead, mentor, hire and grow a small team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth and learning. You'll also partner with product and design to align engineering priorities with business goals. You will contribute directly to the codebase (~60% of your time), setting the standard for quality and craftsmanship.
