Smalls is searching for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about leading people and building great software, as a mentor and a maker, you'll help the team grow, shape the culture of engineering, and directly contribute to the architecture and code that power our systems.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will steward Power to Decide's systems that advance reproductive health and autonomy for millions of people. You will be the internal technical expert, managing the codebase, guiding implementation strategies, and acting as a bridge between non-technical teams and external development vendors. You will solve complex problems, mentor others, and improve systems by increasing velocity and reducing friction.
