Job Description
Drive deep business understanding and leverage data to identify critical business checks, anomalies, and define key business rules. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with ML and Data teams to translate insights into robust data solutions and define compelling project definitions. This role is crucial for enabling both internal teams and New Relic customers to gain trusted and actionable insights from data, driving strategic business outcomes.
Deeply understand business processes, objectives, and challenges to identify key business metrics and opportunities for data-driven improvement. Proactively identify and analyze business anomalies, conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions. Define and document clear, actionable business rules to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems. Lead incident response for data quality or business rule issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
