Job Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of FMS programs, meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives while serving as the primary customer interface.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and oversee integration of analytics and software solutions, including Microsoft Government Cloud environments.
  • Ensure compliance with FMS processes, export controls, and security requirements, and coordinate OCONUS engagements and support activities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program management experience supporting DoD or FMS programs, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Government Cloud and DevSecOps principles.
  • Security+ certification, active DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel OCONUS and experience with CMMI Level 5 processes, RMF/ATO alignment, and Army Aviation or analytics programs are key.
