Your Responsibilities:
- Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity
- Account for complex financial instruments (including investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, and warrants) in accordance with US GAAP
What You'll Need:
- CPA with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience under US GAAP
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with crypto or digital asset accounting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
