Project Manager

The Project Manager – OncoGenius (within the Product Solutions Franchise) works cross-functionally across the OncoGenius franchise (BD, Advisor Management, Product Development, Client Delivery Operations, and Survey Operations) ensuring the consistent tracking, measurement, and on-time delivery of on-going Client projects and incoming Client request through ownership of our project management process. You ensure consistent delivery of client work. Manage day-to-day operations across delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow and optimal efficiency. Create and own the Vantage delivery operations calendar. Adjust and maintain on a daily basis to ensure on time delivery. Lead and facilitate internal team meetings with delivery operations to ensure all Vantage deliverables are delivered to the client on time. Build and maintain strong relationships to retain OG advisor network of ~100. Attend 1-2 conferences per year to build, maintain and recruit relationships. Ensure minimum threshold of survey respondents maintained for OncoGenius projects.
